All class programs will be based on three (3) or six (6) months contract, starting on the first day of each month. Programs are 12 or 24 weeks respectively.
I. TUITION PAYMENT:

Advance Payment: you may chose to pay in advance the total tuition fee for the three (3) or six (6) months and receive a 2% and 3% discount for the 3 or 6 months contracts respectively..

Installment Payment Plan: you may submit payments on the first day of each month. (Payments received after this date will incur a late payment fee of $20). Students under this payment plan need to provide us with a credit card number to back up their account.

The 2nd or 3rd sibling receives a one time 5% discount within the same contract. This 5% is deducted off the lower tuition fee.
II. CANCELLATION AND MAKE UP POLICY:
Classes must be cancelled in advance (Classes cancelled at the time or after the scheduled class, will be considered forfeiture. All students are entitled to make up only one class session during each month. Classes will not be carried over to the following month (Not exceptions). It is the student/parent responsibility to arrange the make up date with the office.
III. REFUND POLICY
Students who have paid the full tuition fee for three or six months may receive 100% refund before the first day of class. After the first day of classes, tuition is non-refundable as well as fees for registration and materials. However, full refund for tuition, materials, and registration fees will be provided if the institute must cancel a class due to low enrollment. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing refunds.
Students who are under the installment payment plan, must pay a $50 penalty fee for canceling the class contract before the expiration date.
IV. CREDIT FOR WITHDRAWALS:
To receive withdrawal credit, a student must inform the Class Program Coordinator in writing of his/her withdrawal within the first week of classes. Thus, class credit time frame is equivalent to the type of contract the student is enrolled to, (3 or 6 months respectively).
